" No More Lives" is the title to my piece for the upcoming group art show Game Over which is being held again at Giant Robot in LA, California.
The theme is a balding retired Q*bert contemplating his existence on the final cube with two trophies by his side from his "death gaming" days. To his left, a red power point and to his left the skeletal remains of Coily the purple springy python. At this point in retired life I imagined Q*bert completely bald ( I always remember the illustrations of him as having a short orange fuzz across his whole body).
It's an original sculpt. All parts here have been sculpted by me, then resin cast & painted also.
